Our work began with a simple belief: every young person in the North of England deserves the chance to explore their potential, regardless of background or learning needs. Many children—especially those from disadvantaged and SEND communities—face barriers to meaningful STEM opportunities, and we set out to change that.

We offer inclusive, hands‑on STEM experiences that build confidence, spark curiosity, and create clear pathways into further education, training, and employment. Our story is rooted in the communities we serve and shaped by the young people who thrive when given the right support, the families striving for brighter futures, and the belief that talent exists everywhere—opportunity just needs to be accessible.

We introduce them to STEM career pathways, create welcoming spaces that support social inclusion, and offer engaging out‑of‑school clubs for children and families. Young people can also develop

We introduce them to STEM career pathways, create welcoming spaces that support social inclusion, and offer engaging out‑of‑school clubs for children and families. Young people can also develop personal skills, take part in volunteering within our sessions, and work towards nationally recognised awards that celebrate their progress.

Our work promotes social inclusion by reducing inequalities faced by those from low‑income families, while offering training that builds understanding of STEM

Our work promotes social inclusion by reducing inequalities faced by those from low‑income families, while offering training that builds understanding of STEM subjects and pathways into future careers. Young volunteers gain confidence, leadership skills, and hands‑on experience by supporting the delivery of sessions. We also provide accessible spaces and activities for SEND learners and their families, raise awareness of local STEM career options, and offer safe, engaging out‑of‑school activities that support children and give families the freedom to pursue their own goals.
